SHIPPING METHOD AND COSTS
We ship all new orders across the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. All new orders are shipped within 3 business days via FedEx or USPS. Shipping service options are presented at checkout and are based on the delivery address entered. If you plan to purchase more than 10+ planners, please reach out to us to determine the best price for shipping.
Our team makes every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. However, once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or edit your order. If you no longer wish to keep the item(s) purchased, please contact us via email at email@example.com to process a return.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return un-used Indige Planner merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and processing fees cannot be refunded.
All items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. Please pack your shipment securely and return it to us via UPS or insured mail for your protection. All returns must be shipped to us freight prepaid as shipping costs are non-refundable.
Credits for returned items will be applied to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. Credit will be issued within 10 days of the date that the return is accepted by our shipping team.
